It is all solid silver (head, body, foot, keys and mechanism). It plays beautifully, and is very responsive in terms of articulation, dynamics and color, giving the player lots of room to expand on variations of sound! This is a silver (head, body and foot) handmade french open-hole model with a b foot, soldered tone holes, in-line G, thin wall (.014) and is in excellent condition, both aesthetically and mechanically. Serial #449XX. A=440, traditional scale. Valued at $5600. Replacement Value is Much Higher. Asking $4350. Comes with its original hardshell case, and soft carrying case (the zipper is stuck, leaving room to slide the hardshell case into it). Please feel free to request a video of this flute being played.
