This Nagahara headjoint (serial # 1461) has been extremely well cared-for, and is in excellent used condition with very few signs of use (very light superficial surface wear, as expected with any used instrument (There is a small scratch on the lip plate and a very, tiny nick on the top surface of the edge of the embouchure hole where the air strikes).  I did not notice any effect on the playability, though, because of this.  The headjoint plays beautifully.
